ESL Grammar Activities are a great way for your students to use English while reinforcing correct grammar use.

Students get bored when they are simply sitting and taking notes. Worksheets offer a bit more excitement, but fill-in-the-blank and cloze exercises don't allow for "real" communication.

These activities help students feel more comfortable with using English in a "real" setting and actually communicate with each other using the target language.

Handouts, Conversation Cards, and Game Boards are included with many of our activities.

Recommendation:

• Put the grammar point on the board and pre-teach as necessary.
• Do some controlled practice in pairs.
• Introduce the activity - Allow students to get out of their seats and move around the classroom.
